Josh Liljenquist, also known online as JoshLilj, posts videos of himself pretending to be homeless and helping people who show him kindness, as well as videos of direct outreach to people experiencing homelessness.

At the time of the report, KARE 11 said Liljenquist had 10.8 million TikTok followers and 6.4 million Instagram followers. His videos received hundreds of thousands to millions of views.

On April 6, St. Paul Parks and Recreation sent Liljenquist a letter notifying him that he had been prohibited from Pig’s Eye Park and all St. Paul Parks and Recreation property for six months.
